Brent cooked for my mom’s 60th birthday dinner, a group of family and friends. She didn’t want a party, so this was the perfect small group experience with a relaxed setting in my home to include babies/toddlers. We were not rushed like we would be in a restaurant.
Brent was extremely flexible with the menu options- sent us multiple menus and we picked all our favorites from each one to combine them.
My dad especially enjoyed Brent’s secret tips and tricks when he snuck into the kitchen during food prep. For my dad’s birthday we went back to Brent for my dad’s favorite dish and did the take away option!
Hands down a really friendly guy, very professional, respectful, experienced, detailed, and incredibly talented! My mom still says it was the best birthday dinner yet. Can’t wait to do this again! Thanks, Brent!
